Thanks Ellie for taking the time to respond to my inquiry. I will try the Rootless bites. And the egg roll ups. Usually shop at Trader Joe's and that's where I got the salad mix I spoke of. Appreciate it! Tricia

new to the seaweed idea. I recently purchased a salad kit with seaweed shreds in it and I did not care for the taste. Very fishy. Will these recipes take away that fishy taste? Will the snacks mentioned also taste fishy. Thank you!

Different types of seaweed and different preparations will have different taste profiles with differing amounts of that seafood taste. It's great that you are staying open minded to trying it again. I suggest trying a pack of seaweed snacks as your first entry point. They have the least fishiness to me, and it's not a big deal to pick up a pack. If you like that, then the Rootless bites might be a good fit for you too. They do a nice job with the seaonings so they do not taste strongly like seaweed. Also, the nori in the egg roll ups have a very mild taste to me.
