Thank you for being a loyal subscriber to my newsletter and an important part of my food community. I have exciting news to share! Because so many of you have asked for more content and more ways to connect with me, I am kicking off 2023 by offering a premium paid subscription.
Don’t worry, I’ll still be sending out my free bi-monthly newsletter as usual, but I think you’ll find that upgrading to become a paid subscriber is more than worth it. Here’s what you’ll get when you join:
Two additional newsletters a month, so you’ll have recipes, tips and inspirations from me every week.
The ability to ask questions, comment on posts and influence the content I publish. You’ll have my ear!
Exclusive videos with Q and As, tips and techniques.
Access to my “secret stash” of recipes which are not on my website.
More in-depth information on important food and nutrition topics.
And of course you will have my gratitude for supporting and valuing the work I do, and enabling me to continue to provide most of my content for free, here and on my website. By becoming a paid subscriber you are supporting fad-free, food-first nutrition information and recipes for all.
It’s a small gift you can give yourself to help set you on the best path for the coming year. This month alone you’ll get my step-by-step road map for making healthy changes that really last, my tasting notes on the best brands of vegetable broth (choosing the right one can make or break a dish and I tasted them all so you don’t have to) and my recipes for an easy, flavor-packed sheet pan dinner and comforting soup that are exclusive to premium subscribers.
All that for only about the price of a cup of coffee each month—-just $5 monthly, or $50 annually.
Thanks again for being a subscriber, and for considering upgrading. I look forward to bringing you even more in the year ahead!
Question - my grocery store had a special on ground chicken, so I picked up three pounds. It's in one pound portions in my freezer. Can I easily swap ground chicken for ground turkey or beef? I think I can, but just double checking. Thank you!
